Welcome to IronStratos. These Terms of Service regulate your use of the Root Cause AI application and any related industrial software services provided by IronStratos. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms, designed to maintain professional standards across shop floor operations.
1. Use of Services
The Root Cause AI tool is designed for industrial troubleshooting and maintenance analysis. Users are responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the system complies with their internal safety protocols and confidentiality agreements. IronStratos grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app within your industrial facility.
2. AI Data & Analysis
Our AI provides suggestions based on historical data and user input. While highly effective at identifying root causes, these suggestions should be verified by qualified personnel before implementation on active machinery. IronStratos is not liable for operational decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
3. Intellectual Property
IronStratos retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, including all AI models, algorithms, and technical documentation. Users retain ownership of the raw data they input, grant IronStratos the right to use anonymized data to improve model performance and industrial accuracy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IronStratos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, equipment failure, or repeat industrial problems. Our service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind regarding specific operational outcomes.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these terms are violated or if usage patterns pose a security risk to our industrial network. Upon termination, your right to use Root Cause AI ceases immediately.
